COLAYA'S STORY
YUVAL, THE MIND BEHIND COLAYA, TOOK A STEP BACK FROM THE COMPLEX REALITY.
IN THE QUIET MOMENTS BETWEEN THE NOISE, HE FELT A DEEP NEED TO CREATE SOMETHING MEANINGFUL. SOMETHING THAT CELEBRATES STILLNESS, SUNLIGHT, AND THE LITTLE MOMENTS THAT OFTEN PASS US BY.
FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS, YUVAL HAS BEEN HANDCRAFTING COLAYA FROM HIS HOMETOWN KFAR VITKIN — SURROUNDED BY NATURE & THE SEA.
EVERY BATCH IS BREWED BY HAND, WITH PATIENCE USING CAREFULLY SELECTED BEANS AND A PROCESS THAT HONORS TIME AND TASTE.
OUR STORY IS ALL ABOUT COFFEE LOVERS, THE SUN & SEA DREAMERS.
JUST TAKE BREAK.

cold brew coffee
Cold brew is coffee that's brewed slowly with cold water, over 24 hours.
Unlike hot brewing, this method draws out a smoother, less acidic flavor — naturally sweet, rich, and easy to drink.
Cold brew offers a unique and delicious coffee experience. Thanks to its slow
steeping in cold water, it has lower acidity – making it gentler on the stomach and
easier to drink, even first thing in the morning. It also usually contains more caffeine
than regular coffee, providing a stronger and more stable energy boost. It’s smooth,
refreshing, natural, and perfect for hot days – or anytime you’re craving something different.
Cold brew can be enjoyed just the way you like – straight from the fridge, over ice, or with
milk (plant-based or regular). You can add a touch of sweetener, vanilla, or cinnamon.
Smooth, refreshing, and ready to drink.
Cold brew should always be kept refrigerated. After opening, it’s best to consume within 5–7
days to enjoy the freshest and best flavor. Do not freeze or leave unrefrigerated for extended periods.
